At ARISE WEAR, we aim to provide high-quality anime streetwear and a smooth shopping experience.
If you face any issue with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Wrong size was delivered
  • Product has a major manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be available
  • Clear product photos/videos must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Products damaged after use

3. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available depending on stock availability.

Conditions:

  • Exchange request within 7 days
  • Product must be unused
  • Customer may need to pay reverse shipping charges

If requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is refunded to the original payment method or store wallet
  • COD handling/shipping charges may be non-refundable

If refund is delayed, customers should contact their bank/payment provider first.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged item
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video/photos
  • Clear issue description

Without proof, claims may not be accepted.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

Once shipped:

  • Cancellation may not be possible
  • Customer may need to follow return process after delivery

7. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Share order details and issue photos
  3. Wait for approval confirmation
  4. Ship product if instructed
  5. Refund/exchange will be processed after inspection

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be paid by customer unless the mistake is from our side
